Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
Preorders
For preorder items:
- You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund
- Once shipped, the standard returns policy applies
